Anybody used Aurinum de recently?

I was thinking of placing an order with them and just wondered what the customer service and delivery times were like?

I used them few months ago and it was absolutely smooth - however package was shipped to Germany, not UK

Did it take long to process the order?

on 12th I placed an order and asked them about a coin I saw in their list few days ago, but was not there any more - they added this coin to my purchase

 

on 17th they received my payment

 

on 19th they shipped

 

I do not remember when did it arrive - but it was standard couple of days

I used them for a group buy i was running about a year ago.

 

I got a couple of specials and quite a few commemorative coins they were doing at the time.

 

As i remember comunication was slow and delivery took a little longer than i would have liked.

 

I prob would use them again if the price was right.

Didn't know them yet. But they have a great stock.

However sometimes they can be slow to ship because they don't have inventory.

 

Although they ship DHL / DeutschPost your delivery in the UK will be by ParcelForce.

Shipment is fully trackable so you will know when to expect.

Often ( certainly in the past ) they listed coins for sale showing as currently available but they are not on the shelf ready for shipping.

Most of my last orders - 6 months or so ago - were taking up to 3 weeks to ship.

I order tons from them, but the delivery times are about 2-3 weeks, quickest I had so far has been 11 days. But they are a great site for those patient enough.

Just been having a good look at their site, and they are certainly ones to check for coins that STG don't do, and the prices against STG are not bad either.

 

I'll definitely be keeping an eye on them.

I had the same experience many times but you will get your package.

I think they book the shipment often too early perhaps to give you the impression is has shipped.

Obviously not ready for collection.

Aurinum.de usually dispatch 9/10 working days after the order is placed, if its saying dhl has been provided with shipping instructions it will still take this long. (As mentioned from Pete)
