The PM is definitely the friendliest mint.  Really decent tour and if you want to speak to people about their products, handle their products they are more than happy to help you.

It was the quality of coins that got me.  I wish Royal mint was like that.

Great video showing modern coin manufacturing, looks like some processes haven't changed since they made Victorian shield sovereigns though!

Good video, well done to them for giving that level of access.

Nice to see people taking pride in their work and I thought it was interesting how they said they are the only place to handle the whole process.

I really like the Perth Mint gold coins, love the textured backgrounds that highlight the design, the 125 anniversary gold bullion coin is just beautiful. Think I prefer them to Royal Mint coins except for the lack of CGT exemption!
