Sterling tea set hallmark help

Can someone tell me maker and approximate date for this set?  I am in the USA and will likely be selling this.

Well I say fair play to you for being honest about wanting to sell this, rather that pretending your just interested to potentially increase your sale price. But DYOR springs to mind. 

Not sure we have any experts on US sterling, but you never know!

yes, thanks.  Looks like Nost and Delisser, though I can only find marks from their successor, William Nost Co, with the "N" but not the "D" as shown.  Both have the anchor, and same letter font.
