What are peoples thoughts on these new rounds?

I my children have a connection to her. 

Are they expensive though?

I am general just buying to stack, buy as close to spot and hope the value increases over the years more than inflation. 😆

These coins are turning my head.

Don't like them personally. The horses are too comical looking. Plus at £40 an oz they are a bit on the wrong side of stacking.

I am wondering if pieces like this would generally hold their premium. 

Or in three years will they be trading for builon prices?

I've taken the chance on being low mintage and first of series. It's a £75 punt.

That was including the £4.90 justify it to myself discount. 🤪

I just bought one of each. It’s not every day you get the opportunity to buy the first coin in a new series, at such a low mintage and at a relatively low price when compared to The Royal Mint.

Not keen - they look like they're cast, the details are a bit mushy.

Normally i'd take a (FOMO) punt on something like this but i'm not seeing any upward potential.....

Which probably means buy them all - they'll take off. 🙄

I quite like these.  Local interest as well.  Possibly a daft question but do antique finish coins still tarnish?  I could be tempted by one but won't be disappointed if they sell out before I do.

The image on these coins look exactly like the statue of Boudicca and her daughters outside of Westminster Palace. I don't normally go for rounds but these appeal to me. Ive wasted more money on takeaways then I've spent on these 2 rounds, That's how I justify most of my purchases on PMs anyway lol. Buy them because you like them. Not just for the potential of making a buck in the future. Silver is silver at the end of the day and even the very highly priced proofs from major mints can flop and lose you money. These aren't at all that badly priced in that respect.
