It is sold and I have certainly paid for it ... but it's day 15 and there's been lots of excuses but no coin and no refund.

Any other members reading this should think very carefully before paying up front for anything from this seller

The last message was on Tuesday that it would definitely be posted on Wednesday or, in the unlikely event that that was not possible, I'd get a refund.

Since then just a deathly silence.

I've messages him this morning that, if the money isn't back in my account by the time I return from my holiday, I'll be filing a claim against him in the Small Claims Court

@johnthebeard you maybe going through family issues or 50 other things ( which we are all sorry for) but there's not an illness or worse that excuses 15 days with no item or refund, especially as you've been online periodically. 

You built up a decent reputation, you are on the verge of loosing it. Do the right thing immediately and make the buyer whole again right away.

so far I’ve had a great experience on TSF and it is sad to see someone else go through this as I myself was looking at this very coin so it could have been me instead. 
 

hopefully there is good reason for being AWOL.

The administration team with have name and address as he's a paid member, the buyer will have bank details. The police/courts will do the rest if needs be, let's hope it's just poor communication and the seller is proactive in  rectifying it.

Hope this is  resolved quickly. But this is 2/3 such incidents in as many months. V low % in terms of number of users but doesn't look good for TSF reputation.

Also have bought several items from this seller. Always polite and great comms, items arrived promptly and tracking numbers were given within a day.

I wish the buyer well in recovering his money.

In this case maybe you should consider to buy the gold ounce Tudor lion off @Noxemo at discount price 😂 to prove you are right 😁
