Sure, terms are between the buyer and seller, as long as you are clear of the exact terms, i.e. what the selling price will be, what happens to the deposit if the buyer pulls out (I presume you as the seller would keep) and when the full payment is due etc then shouldn't be any misunderstandings or disagreements.
