What Are You Waiting For?

I would love a silver Kilo Completer coin one day. One of the nicest designs in a while, and to see it on a coin that size would be a treat.

Disclosure - I work in the precious metals industry, however this is my personal account and all opinions are my own.

For me it's probably a 3 graces of some kind, i love the design so much. I just can't bring myself to pay the huge premiums as (heresy I know) the great engravers are still just reproductions and not at all worth it.

I think there will be some serious regret down the line for a lot of people who've overpaid for these. I've seen 2oz silvers not selling at 650 that were going for near double that a year ago.

Or that's what I'm telling myself because I'm a moron with a fantasy I'll get a silver 5 ounce for retail one day...Still I guess that's the point of this thread 😅

Dreaming is all part of the fun isn't it? And plotting the next purchase lol :)

Maybe then consider buying 2oz silver Three graces from East Indian Company for 195 pounds, design is basically the same ;)

You are correct and that's a sensible option however it's just not the same and I know it wouldn't satisfy me at all.

How much are they selling for these days?

I haven't looked much recently, but I know they were well over £1,000 the last time any dealers had them. I'd imagine even second hand they're still around that level. Think I'm going to aim for a 10oz version in the near future to begin with and see if that satisfies the need for one 😅

Yeah sometimes you just need to scratch that itch 😉. They are a nice coin, I can only imagine the price will increase in time as they become more difficult to come by.

Cheers.
