Return for a refund or replacement if damage not pointed out( if you want a quiet life) . Although if it was a tube of coins I'd say such is life as nobody got time to check all 25 coins for condition issues.

It's only the one coin. His feedback is a bit sketchy too, with multiple negative reviews hes left for others. Didnt look before as I was in a rush

Hi ***, I am sorry to hear about the dis-satisfaction.

It is direct from tube you are right. I try very hard not to send anything that is sub-standard, i don't send anything that has a noticeable defect. That being said, everything is sent in bullion condition.

Personally I don't feel that what you have shown me is anything close to a fair size chip and would not be noticeable without zooming in. It definitely comes under a "small mark". 

I certainly did not spot it, and even if I had, I would still probably send it, as I do not see this effecting the value of your purchase in any way shape or form. It is still 1oz pure silver and it is still a very good quality 2024 britannia.

I am sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear. Although as a gesture of goodwill, I am prepared to give you a £1 refund.

Well my thoughts exactly. I would get it if it was quite bad, but telling me that it's a "fair sized chip" is pathetic and it deserved a pathetic offer of recompense. An obligatory quid for positive feedback. No response from him yet. He'll be blocked whatever his response anyway.

I had a guy literally complaining about slight scratches on caps, saying he wanted to display coins in them, he tried it twice, so I blocked him, was you guy polish by chance?

He's got back to me to state £1 isn't enough and wants a replacement.

So I've told him to contact eBay as he won't get one from me unless forced.

I'll take the negative feedback (presuming he'll give it) and go from there I think.

Update - 

I blocked the buyer. He put in a refund request. I disputed it. Ebay resolved it in my favour, although refunded the buyer.

Buyer has left me negative feedback (my first ever) and ebay won't remove it despite him lying on it!

because to both parties they "resolve in their favour" as such. They will tell the buyer that they have a positive resolution for them. The case gets thrown away more than resolved on one side or the other

 now have someone putting in a request for a refund for non postage. Delivery is expected 17-18th yet hes been able to process it with ebay already!

I now have 3 days. Hopefully RM are on the ball!
