Well I finally bit the bullet today and I'm a happy libertad fanatic indeed. Finally got hold of a 1oz silver 1998. Gotta wait a week for it now though😥

I had a call from the Royal Mint today offering one of these Brexit Sovereigns- I wonder just how many are left of this sold out Sovereign?

They also phoned me Friday , apparently they held some back to stop the flippers getting them all .

Silver Trader has the oriental border brits and 007 Perth coins in, went up on his site this morning.

He checks all his coins and supplies them in capsules.

I have no connection to SL

After buying a raw 1916 S Indian Head gold half eagle a few years ago only to find it was a fake....I decided it was time to complete my date set with a verified genuine 1916 - so I paid up for an NGC AU58 graded 1916 S from a reputable US dealer.  Still a tasty premium over most of the others in the 1908 -1916 series (paid over £500), but I least I can sleep knowing its genuine !
