You just bought 4 coins at a car boot and your stack photo shows 5 coins in total.

Which two coins do you have BBP authenticity for?

None of those coins, even if silver, are fine silver so will likely be more like 0.84oz I think.

The other coin 1oz certificate I can not find but I assure it's proof

10x 1oz Lunar Year of Rooster

20x 1/2oz Lunar Monkeys.

Im going to start sticking with Perth Mint for my collecting. RCM has killed trying to get other stuff. Ordered my first QB (2) each and both my dragons has Milk spots, got g he 1.5oz Arctic Foxs and all had spots, Somali Elephants look pretty good but couple had tiny spotting, but with perth mint everthing usually looks flawless!

I just grabbed a pretty rare 2017 1/20 oz Gold Proof Libertad with a mintage of 100 coins.  That's tied with the 1 oz for the lowest mintage of the 2017 Gold proofs.  The others are:

2017 Gold proof Libertads (beyond the 500 5 coin sets):
1 oz: 100 pcs
1/2 oz: 300 pcs
1/4 oz: 400 pcs
1/10 oz: 1,000 pcs
1/20 oz: 100 pcs

Interesting that the 1/10 oz Gold BU has a mintage of 300 but the highest mintage of the Gold proofs at 1000.

May I ask where you got the proof Libertad from?

@shortstack68 where are you pulling your data from? The only reason I ask is because I've seen dealers globally offering the 1 oz, 1/4 oz and 1/20 oz BU Gold Libertads but I haven't seen one with the 1/10 oz available and none have the proofs yet. Just curious.

And here she is!  MS69 on a BU Gold coin that's shipped from the Mint bagged with other coins, not too bad at all.  Got the First Releases designation as well.  I'm happy :)

Total Graded by NGC: Not Available  Should I take that to mean this is the first?

Right but on the NGC verification screen, to the right of the images are two sections.  One is "Price Guide Value" which for many coins states "Not Available" and the second is "Total Graded by NGC" which typically tells you how many are in your grade and how many are in a higher grade.  Currently, that states "Not Available" making me wonder if this is the first of the 2017 1/10 oz BUs they've graded.  Doesn't really mean anything as I'm sure others are coming along shortly.  I was just curious.

Was Columbus connected in some way to Rwanda? Isn't it landlocked?

Yes, it does appear to be a nautical theme

Lol I missed that!

it was 'Nautical Ounce' that sealed it

Can't find any reference to a Nautical Ounce (not even on Wikipedia :) ).  The coin's overall theme/design looks nice but it's got a lot going on (the ship, lines of latitude/longitude, the compass rose, the name of the ship, rope border, astrolabe, compass, spyglass, etc.).  Perhaps if they just left off "Nautical Ounce" since it doesn't seem like that means anything and moved "Santa Maria" to that area of the coin in the same font as "Nautical Ounce" it might help clean it up a bit.  Just my two nautical cents...

I can't see any reason why Rwanda would create a series with a nautical theme?

Reminds me of another landlocked country. Did you know Bolivia has a Navy?!  Apparently, its ships are moored on Lake Titicaca (fnaar).
