I'll never order from this dealer again

Ordered 4 BU silver coins having quite a substantial premium on them (Big Five series from SA Mint).

One of the coins had 2 dents on the edge.

Contacted the seller by email, but he didn't bother to reply three days later.

Fool me once...

Try calling them instead. They aren't fast in replying to email inquiries

I had trouble with them a few years back. Coin lost in post but they were no use. Said they chased DHL but never heard anything even though I kept chasing them.

A decent seller will have their own transit insurance and will sort out issues like this.

It was chalk and cheese when I received a damaged, incomplete package from Chiemgauer.de, they replaced instantly.

This is why I have to order from very reputable sites online here in the United States myself. I do not want something like this happening to me.

Stick around the forum long enough and you’ll see what I mean. Nobody escapes the wrath of a dissatisfied Silver Forum member.

Every one of the well known (and less well known) dealers has been criticised at some point.
