I don’t pay import duty if things are sent to my work address (don’t ask, I won’t tell) but if this is via Global Shipping it will be payment up front so the seller would have to agree to send as normal delivery rather than through the GSP. Tax would not be added when the item arrives though you’d have to add a couple of extra days for it to come to the address. If anyone is interested I would happily act as a proxy but you would either have to pay for onward delivery from London or collect from me. No fees otherwise at my end.
