Feel sorry for this guy, but can not understand why someone buys such a stupid big safe that can not be hidden.  If he wanted to keep all his valuables at home, at least spread it about the property.  Only just moved in and already telling all the neighbours that he keeps a lot of valuables at home. Why even show he face on camera. Next next lot will go with guns and force him to open the safe.  Can not help thinking that he not the brightest spark.

The insurance, what a joke.  Insurance taken out for $120k and in the small print, only $3k was for precious metals.

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. - H.L. Mencken

Central bankers are politicians disguised as economists or bankers. They’re either incompetent or liars. So, either way, you’re never going to get a valid answer.” - Peter Schiff

Sound money is not a guarantee of a free society, but a free society is impossible without sound money. We are currently a society enslaved by debt.

£1905, will it remain above £1900 at the close?

The closer the collapse of an Empire, the crazier it's laws - Marcus Tullius Cicero

We had the warning in 2006-9 but central banks ignored it and just added new worthless debt to existing worthless debt to create worthless debt squared – an obvious recipe for disaster. - Egon von Greyerz

Yes, but it's also a possible No. I'll go with maybe to be safe.

Decisive decision there Mr. Fencesitter

I reckon it will hover around the 1905 mark and then before close it will be around 1915 just to f with us stackers who may purchase over the weekend. Extra few quids for the dealers.
