In my unbiased opinion..concede 😁

I am just going to put it out to the gold gods (the crooked banks) I am going to make a purchase at the weekend. So please do the weekly Friday smash down.

Thank you.

If I don't concede now I won't be able to afford an ounce of silver at this rate.

Drop in GBP gold spot due to a tad lower than expected US inflation. 🤷‍♂️

FT: US inflation eased slightly in July on lower petrol prices

The US consumer price index rose by 8.5 per cent year-on-year in July, a slower annual increase compared to June, as inflationary pressures eased on the back of lower petrol prices.

The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary. - H.L. Mencken

99m[er cent of the UK population don’t give a flying s**** about gold.  But as cash disappears and as the pre and early boomers   (who just can’t spend their loot, they just can’t do it…)  have shed tons of loot to off load.  Tax will become a looming concern.     It’s well documented that the so called professional classes are loading up on sovs and diamonds.   So they can pass on their pile of money tax free to their youth..

sovs will be in particular demand and maybe one day be  at a premium over the dollar gold price in the UK

I always enjoy coming to find out what mood @Paul is in today, based upon the direction of the arrow.

There may be a pattern, but I don't think I see it yet.

The inferior man argues about his rights, while the superior man imposes duties upon himself.

He who has a why can bear almost any how.

Every act of beauty is a revolt against the modern world.
