Ever the hopeful 🤔😁 this time next week you’ll wish you’d been selling this week!😮😂😂

Maybe, but overall this current cycle is far from over,

central bank buying (having exploded their own currencies) will look after the price in our favour IMO.

We may see up to £1850-1900 within the next 18 months if current trends hold and there's little to stop them, the personal family stacks all on hold for now accordingly.

If not for GBP strength versus USD we would have hit £1,700 on that spike. Already at $2,179 up nearly 1% in USD today, but flat in GBP.

Exactly, twas ever thus.

But when the Shanghai becomes the measure used for valuation, since that's physical and not manipulated, but probably a decade away,

the Comex and LBMA will potentially become history since the East hold the bulk of gold globally.

But will it not be the same if Shanghai does take over, paper trading the price there? tia

I'm alright, Jack, Keep your hands off of my stack

I got my 1oz coins at 20% below spot in 2022 because my mate worked at gold dealer. Been cashing out some profit and getting more gold with the original money.

Wish he still worked there.

mmm that sounds like a dodgy friend😎

From a genuine gold dealer. We even got a deal on grading them.

We put in quite a bit of money and had to go through anti laundering forms a give ID and proof of address.

Cheap. Employees get very good discounts.

Maybe, however, someone has to be paid peanuts for the stuff for employees or anyone to continue to get bargains🤔🤔

Yes, someone got stung. Most of mine were new coins that were straight from the mint. I don't think the discount would of been so good had we not chipped in and put in a big order.
