Cease & Desist Letter

Recommended Posts

Anyone driven nuts by the never-ending thud of unwanted junk mail from direct marketing dealers can download and send this cease-and-desist letter to them. They kept bombarding me with an avalanche of mail about their ludicrously overpriced proof coins before the deadline ended but they eventually stopped. They had to comply with my request or risk legal action.

Good to know. I'm currently having this issue with the Westminster Collection after buying some Stephen Hawking 50p silver proofs from them (they were selling them at the same price as Royal Mint after Royal Mint sold out). I opted out of mailing and contacted them when that seemed to fail asking them politely to stop. I shall give this a go next.

I wouldn't be that bothered about the mailings if not for the indescrete nature of them. I find it an utterly retarded thing for them to send letters plastered with the Westminster Collection and details of Silver Proof coins on the outside of the envelope. Way to scream - this person collects silver coins - to anyone paying attention 🙄

I shall give this a go though so appreciate the posting
