If a member of a club it is easy, you'd be hard pressed for field use though.

I'll take a snub nose before a steel rod and nose extender...with my hands a snub nose would shoot my thumb off.

Its also considerably easier to get a sound moderator (silencer) for rifles in the UK than the USA.

You take lessons...or get a little .38....check them out on you tube...not massive kickback...and if you get a sore wrist, beats a broken neck.
