Well considering the full is between £1000 and £1100 depending on the deal, it's not bad. Mine was £200 a while ago.

You need to believe in graded though, not for everyone....and when I first started I would have also laughed at that price.

Well I CAN tell you, he won't accept £190 for it. 😁

I just realized, I was literally just looking at another coin of his. This which I'm sure is a very rare coin?

It really does **** me off when people have the best offer function then just decline anything other than an amount over the starting bid which is already high.

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

You've got to know when to hold 'em

Know when to fold 'em

Know when to walk away

And know when to run

You never count your money

When you're sittin' at the table

There'll be time enough for countin'

When the dealin's done

I like to buy the pre-dip dip

2017 PF70 QUARTER Sovereign £225 and no bids, decent price for someone.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/305697735487

A great price for a 2017 PRF70UCAM Quarter. Check out auction results. Generally sell for more than £225 and that’s the hammer, pre premiums…..

A quarter though? Is that really a good price being double spot?

It’s good enough. Raw they’ll sell at £160/165 plus add in grading costs and any potential conservation you’re at that price, plus this rules out any fear of not hitting top grade 👍🏼

Considering that on the COTR auction last week a 2020 sold for £260, then for a 2017, I would guess is a good price

I imagine someone's going to bid at the last second then.

Excellent price. Anyone thinking of buying a 1 oz coin, buying four of these, works out cheaper and you might end up with some nice coins.

Need to talk to Lawrence and see if he is willing to give me four different Queen's Beasts;)

Let us know how you get on

It will indeed be interesting to see what people get. The sceptical side of me assumes everyone will be getting britannias 🤣

If people are just stacking, then the premium on that £5 gold proof from the mint is even lower. Surprised it hasn't sold already. It's almost spot price if you use a cashback site too.
