Help on order Coin Invest site?

Hi,

I ordered silver on coininvest site. Downloaded invoice from this website. Few days later I get another email from Silver to Go site with another attached invoice which is totally different to the original coininvest invoice with different order details and bank account numbers.

What is going on and is it safe to continue and if so which invoice?😥

You got an invoice from another site you never registered on?

I would contact the second site owner.

Everything else is hard to say without more detail.

They are sister companies.   If you see on the Coinvest site it say's by under some of the coin descriptions.

 

You should probably email Coinvest to get confirmation on the price but I suspect all the coins you have ordered are Silver to Go products.

As above , they are the same company . Silver to go sells their silver under the margin scheme so is normally cheaper. Used silver to go many times and they are very good but I don't know how it works when you've got two invoices though as I've never ordered through coin invest.

it will be fine as others have stated 2 companies owed by the same people STG just sell silver, coin invest sell other PMs. ordered from both before and all has been well

ive also used coininvest for silver and the invoice has come from silver to go. not had any problems with them and delivery is very quick
