I can source and sell small quantities of shot or the European mint can help for orders over 10kg usually.

Visit my website for all my Hand Poured Silver: http://backyardbullion.com

Silver shot is mostly sold by jewelry supply stores, not bullion dealers. It's called "casting grain" most of the time. See Rio Grande as one example:

https://www.riogrande.com/category/metals/silver/925-sterling/casting-grain

You can also get it from industrial suppliers like American Elements, or similar company in your country: https://www.americanelements.com/ag.html

It should be easy to find casting grain on eBay and Alibaba.

Nothing magical about silver shot, of course, you can cast using a silver coin just as easily.  The silver has to be melted in any case.  I've cast small silver crosses and other things using silver coins.

At what purity do they sell shot?

Sterling and pure (fine) silver. See for example: http://www.ottofrei.com/Sterling-Silver-Casting-Grain-Fine-Silver-Casting-Grain-Argentium-Casting-Grain?custcol_of_xc_type=339

(You click different buttons there for different purities.)
