Buying from Europe - Revolut - Transferwise

HI all,

Typically how long does it take for a bank transfer to go through with Revolut  ? Last week I made a transfer to GSB and it was done within around three hours. Today I made a transfer and it was not done even six hours later. Then I read online that some people send money and it goes missing and it takes weeks to go through and sometimes it does not.

This does not appear to be an issue with transferwise. I think transferwise are more expensive but seems to be more reliable. I'd be interested to here peoples experiences.

Depends if you have premium membership (usually same day) or not (up to 3 days). Also on the time of execution: before 1pm the process starts the same day, after 1pm usually not until the next day. Having said that, I never had an issue with gs.be even if payment arrived three days after placing the order (e.g. weekend).

usually next working day for me when I used it at Celticgold and coinbase.

make sure you entered all details exactly and used reference for transfer with the exact amount or it causes delays.

Few hours when transferred during business hours, to hour or two into next day if done overnight or weekend.
