This is original by canon for about £400.00, but you can by something like this

Just remember to choose with light option not just flush.

On light is much easier to set up camera.

 

Well I've found already that light at this angle isn't good for coins, it may well be for most subjects in macro but with coins it makes them look awful!

Check the first set of pictures in this post and you'll see how they look from high angle light

Ringlights or ringflashlights give a very flat light. They are popular in medical and forensic documentary applications but the output is extremely flat. You won't see much of the profile of the coin. @sg86 is on the right way here. It's just some tweaking on the exposure, white balance and exposure curve settings; other than that it looks pretty amazing already
