Today I Received.....

Message added by ChrisSilver

The Today I received section is for private individuals to share items they have purchased for their collection / as part of their investment.

The Today I received section is not to be used for businesses to promote their business. Trade members and those operating as a business in the eyes of the forum are invited to enquire about a Dealer Sub Forum, where you may start your own Today _____ received topic to post your commercial purchases. E.g. The Today Chards Received..... topic.

Small change and very uninteresting to mostly everyone here, but today I received the 1st silver I have ever held and the 1st 5oz of my stack!! emoji3.pngemoji3.pnge3ac6db663af3f9c05bcc38a7e689133.jpg

When it is your first ever silver it is never uninteresting!

Received my first ever silver bullion bar from @BackyardBullion today. It's awesome, thanks! Definitely tempted to get the 250g bar too...

DNW and I was the only bidder!! I must admit the coin is better "in the flesh" than I expected for a PF62. Nice it's got Ultra Cameo too.
I hadn't seen it until today other than the Auction pictures.
I am thinking of sending it to NCS and see if they can work their magic.

Another coin arrived in the post today. This time a 1987 proof British sovereign to fill a gap in my Queen Elizabeth II date series. I purchased this coin from an EBay seller in the USA.

Great looking coin, am very happy.

1968 5 pence...this just to compliment my sixpence collection. 1936-1967

The '68 would complement the collection.

'Hey, '67...nice lustre! '

Now, that's a compliment. :)

Technically, alcohol is a solution..

'It [socialism] poses a growing threat, however unintentional, to the freedom of this country, for there is no freedom where the State totally controls the economy. Personal freedom and economic freedom are indivisible. You can’t have one without the other. You can’t lose one without losing the other.'

Let not England forget her precedence of teaching nations how to live.
