I have read that the mintage that year was low at around 14,800 coins but that is unconfirmed.
Portrait of King George IV on the obverse and the “crowned lion passant atop a crown” on the reverse.
This design was used from 1826 to 1829.

Lovely bar! I have a few of the 1oz silver Love Always bars. Haven't seen any gold ones for sale.
