Lovely! Is that the Timothy Noad special?

It is!! The 2005 doesn’t seem to come along very often🌞

I bet it looks great in hand. That's one if I had it, I wouldn't be able to stop staring at it. I would have to actually force myself to draw away from it lol.

I have been putting together a type set of the British silver Half Crowns (and Shillings) from Queen Victoria to George VI.
Designs on these can be really stunning.
Here are the 1898 (not sure of mintage), 1887 Jubilee Head mintage 1,176,000, 1903 Edward VII which is a key date with a mintage of 274,800 and the 1916 George V mintage 29.53 million.

You're getting nice photos as well.

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.

That dragon one looks class, I need to see one of them geometric ones in person

They're very cool. Great detail.

The backs of those Rwanda coins are under c**p though. Spent 99.99% of the design on the front.

According to my 1992 Coin Year Book (!), the mintage for the 1898 half crown was 1,870,055.
