Today I Received.....

Today I received this absolute stunner

in the form of a California fractional 1/4 dollar from 1856 graded at ms64,

to think this coin has survived in this condition for 166 years amazes me,

I wish this coin could talk, the pics do not do it justice.

Postman dropped this off for me today with a mintage of 10k a lovely looking 1991 proof libertad

Couple of auction wins picked up this morning, got them to potentially move on, like them both to much to sell 🤣 The £1  has some edge toning , hadn't realised it was such a nice little coin and the Kruger looks mint. Both proof.

I thought they made some but only a mintage of 5 or 10k or something. Don't they auction for 10's or even 100's of thousands? Or maybe I'm confusing them with something else lol
