Features the older mosque design on the reverse with the switch to Khomeini on the obverse, later Khomeini heads use a more modern interpretation of the mosque.

The reverse will be familiar to anyone that remembers the OG Aladeen, except that one didn't have papa Khomeini on.

Well, whether it's just 1/4 oz of silver Britannia or a whole ounce as a medal, it doesn't matter. We are happy that we can hold a piece of history in our hands. When I look at my medal, I am always reminded of that terrible time. May this never happen again. Best regards from Maxe.

Most expensive gold I have ever purchased  most having been picked up before 2017. Can't complain about that.

Nice looking piece, but am undecided about the new colour. Half the stack are sovereigns, but I have nothing after 2012, until now.

It's great to see the prize has landed. I wonder if we will see another gracious raffle in the future.

Very fast delivery, well packed, and air-tight sealed like a piece of rib-eye steak in the supermarket fridge at Sainsbury 😅🥩

The mouse for my little stack of premium silver coins.

The ox for my partner for Christmas (her zodiac sign). Looking forward to give it to her for Christmas, as the recurrent extra Christmas gift for the family members 🩶🪙

I’m looking to get them graded, if they are 64 or less I’m keeping them. I suspect I’ll be keeping them because 65 and above are difficult to get by all accounts
