2014 Britannia Proof

Has anyone heard of the print below being offered either as a package with select 2014 5oz Silver Britannia proofs (or maybe separately or with another coin from the Royal Mint)?  I was told this particular one came with the coin, but I've never heard of that being the case. Thanks in advance for any help!

I saw this too...it was the only place I was able to find reference to this sketch anywhere online. I wasn't sure whether to trust the eBay post because the Royal Mint website doesn't mention this sketch anywhere. They seem to keep many old listings up:

Yes, but no mention of it ever being sold to the public or offered with a specific coin. I wondered if anyone actually had one, or had heard of them being sold in the past. Maybe it was like the recent jute bag offering (but better ?).

i have a memory of seeing this sketch before but don't remember where or when. 

i have contacted the Royal Mint before with a general question and eventually, they got back via email.
