It may be due to the following, from the Quickstart Guide: "Standard members can list 1 trade listing per 30 days." Premium membership is definitely recommended... there's even a £1 Offer running -

Such a stunning coin... I'm going to keep requesting a replacement until I get a perfect one! These are relatively minor imperfections, but I've paid too much not to expect better.

Replacement 2oz silver arrived... going right back again! At this rate, it's going to cost them the full value of this coin on postage charges alone! Missing frosting from some of the lettering and scratch marks and damage around the rim of the obverse.
