My 2 sets of Swans turned up today, so as I’ve seen a few wildlife shots, I thought I’d snap them with their friends on the lake and then a bit closer up.
Trying my best with the camera, I don’t think I’ll make a career from it 😂

2008 Icons of the Commonwealth   All attempts to purchase a gold "Kangaroo at Sunset" with anything except an outrageously high premium are, I have come to learn, utterly futile. I was, therefore, more than a little delighted when a backdoor to ownership presented itself at a small "Tribal Arts" auction in the form of this attractive numismatic triad. The Sunset's engraver, Wojciech Pietranik, whose stylized monogram can be seen just below the horizon, designed, in my opinion, a remarkably simple but breathtakingly beautiful coin.  A proof Royal Mint Sovereign and an RCM Maple complete the set.

yeah I think so and soon £1600+ will be the new normal , last week @dicker predicted gold price will hit £1500 by Christmas,  looks like Christmas has come early this year 🤣 
basically I think the price is only going to move upwards and it's going to move fast

Yes, gold has just taken out its old USD highs. So what? The inflation adjusted equivilent would be about $2300 compared to its 2011 price. The Dow/gold adjusted price would be $4400.
If we are truly in a secular bull market then gold will easily take out both those targets.

It was settling @dicker but as I write this at 12:19am UK time it’s now £1,517.09.
