    Hi,
I have for sale some vintage pieces. You don’t often see these kind of items come up for sale on the forum and they are quite unique in their own little way.
1 x Rothschild 5 tola bar. It has a weight of 1.875 Troy ounces (58.3g) and is stamped with a .996 purity. Lovely bar with a nice chunky feel in the palm - Sold pending payment
1 x Jelenko dentistry gold bars set within case. This is a full set containing 10 bars, with a weight of 1/10 ounce each and a purely of 24k. 1 ounce of gold completes this set - Sold pending payment
Buyer to pay postage of their choice and risk. Uk bank transfers only please.

    Thanks for looking

Fantastic Australian natural 23.5ct+ gold nugget high purity with at least two visible quartz, Slightly resembling an arrow head.

Comes in a 999+ fine gold chain - HK hallmarks

The previous owner was an elderly lady, Who bought this directly from Perth over 20 years ago as a keep sake.

Nugget with bail weights 16.8g approximately
    Chain weights 39g approximately
    Total weight shows 55.8g Approximately

    Length approximately 10 inches
    Width approximately 7-8mm

I would ideally like to trade for 2.5 oz’s of 999+ gold & I would prefer to finalise the transaction in person, Jewellery Quarter…… I can possibly post with special delivery at your cost.

P.S two pictures showing XRF on the obverse & reverse of the nugget & lastly the chain.

I’ve sold quite a few of these mainly private, I try to acquire the older ones preferably in mint seal uncirculated. Over the years I think I’ve had a few listed on eBay too.

I usually stick with .999 silver but I came across this trio & couldn't resist paid a pretty penny for them but it was worth it considering they look uncirculated  the one on the top is smaller than the two below is this normal or is this due to being re-stiked in different years/firms ?

I honestly have no idea if they knew or not, But not getting back to me definitely isn’t doing much on their favour.

I could continuously ring or even drive over, But I guess it’s my own fault. (Hard lesson learnt, First time something like this has happened to be honest).

I had the sigma, Everything else was as is…. the sigma was reading this slightly over at the time it weighted correct so didn’t think much of it, as I’ve had actual RM minted coins not test on the 22ct setting on a sigma before….. but they tested fine on a XRF I believe it has something to do with the alloy composition. (More silver etc).

I honestly would do it without a drop of a heart beat, if only I paid for 10.5ct…. but I got burnt on this one really bad, I paid 22ct on this after I found out…. I contacted the seller to no availability.

If I can sell as a lot I can recoup my costs, If not may sell the mule on another platform & just keep the repro as a lesson learnt token.

Recently came across this gem, I’ve purchased 100s of poured bars over the years and never have come across anything alike. Poured in 1977 to commemorate lizs silver jubilee, very rarely you see any sort of bars associated with the Queen let alone a poured beauty ? #WELLPLEASED
