A 1909 full sovereign turned up today from a fellow forum member to add to the date run, only on the look out for a 1902 Edward sov now then it will be onto another date run ? Maybe the jubilee head or veiled head set, I also still need a SA and a Sydney minted sov...the list goes on and on ?

A  2016 proof James Butler head half sovereign to add to the 2016 bullion half sovereign , just need the 1989 proof half and a 2008 bullion half to have all the busts and variations in half sovereigns since 1982 .

Somehow after a few confusing days they turned up.

2018 proof 1/4 oz bull.  My first purchase directly from The Royal Mint.  I am pleased and might give the silver proof a shot.

2 X glass domes arrived to display my doubloons.
Really happy with them and a nice way to display some coins.

Three months getting graded......nice results, both respectively top of ngc and pcgs populations....

Here's my PCGS Graded VF35 for comparison.

I would say that your looks better and as a rarer coin, if you are into grading then I would.

I think you might get an XF40 with NGC but its always difficult to tell from pictures.

NGC have only graded 1 1891 Short Tail and PCGS 4 so you would be in a pretty "exclusive" club!

Whatever you do, you have a nice rare coin to treasure.
