The much anticipated (by me) Perth Mint 2024 Lunar Dragon 1 oz gold bullion coin - was offically released by the Perth Mint 8am this morning - last night by our clocks.

I am new here and new to buying precious metals.
 
I am looking to buy silver bullion coins from a UK dealer that accepts cryptocurrency. 
 
Currently the only one I have found is Sharps Pixley. Chards states that it does on their FAQs, but then gives no option when checking out.
 
I bought some gold from sharps pixley. A perfect transaction, but their prices are quite high for silver bullion coins (5-10% higher than other places). Adds up when you're buying 100 or so coins.
 
I have seen many USA and EU businesses accepting it, but I don't really want to mess about with customs.

At Chards, ours is one we have consistently used for almost 60 years. We have noticed that many newish dealers, including scrap gold buyers, jewellers, and pawnbrokers, appear to operate a very low threshold for bullion coins. 
Price comparison of “our choice” secondary market bullion sovereigns is often not a fair like-for-like comparison, because of our quality threshold standards compared with most of our competitors. We often get to see sovereigns offered to us by people who have originally bought them elsewhere. These often include damaged, scratched, highly polished coins, mainly ex-jewellery, and also fakes. We usually ask owners/sellers where they bought them from, and a high proportion name a small number of apparently reputable sources.

We've received our stock. We were told the 1oz was coming in a vinyl sleeve, but it's come in a blister pack.
The 10ozs are all in vinyl sleeves as mentioned above.

Can’t keep up with all this lol. I just finished uploading a video about this & mentioned the one I was getting from Chards would be in a vinyl sleeve 😵‍💫 But I’ll defo take another blister one 🤩
