So this is a question to the old hats here regarding buying on the forum. So far I have only bought off those that have been members for some time and have a good history of trading feedback. Whats everyone’s opinion on a new member selling after only posting a couple of posts and with zero trading history buying or selling? what happens if it all goes wrong? Is it money down the drain and lessons learnt or have we got some form of clawback when a sale goes wrong? No shade intended on any current sales but it is something I have given some thought against.

Well if I do buy anymore just know that my usual dinners will have turned into tap water & ramen 🤣

Since becoming a paid member I’ve acquired 10oz of silver, 1 sovereign & 10g of gold! It’s not even January! There goes picking up a 2024 Sov in Jan 🤣

That did have me scratching my head! Why not 20? There must be a reason but I’m not sure why. Thought it might have been overall gold weight but that comes out at 4.47oz so I doubt it’s that. The only criticism I have of the boxes is that the slots aren’t open backed so u cannot see the reverse of the coins and it’s a very tight fit with the holders

I originally got a 10 coin box and my goal for 2024 was to fill it! I loved the look of the royal mint box so got one to start once my first box was complete! I stupidly transferred my sovs today into the RM box so I guess the goal now is to collect 15 more sovereigns in 2024! At least it will help with the weight loss goals! Gold before food 🤣

Anything better to hold your sovereigns in than a RM box? I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the RM boxes & at £50 it seems a real bargain. My gold collection needs some work but not bad for less than a month 😬

Being a standard member I’m only seeing the amazing sales posts 3 days after listing! Thank goodness! The coins for sale on here are 😍 would have lined my pockets with silver if I wasn’t on a sovereign run! Picked up 2 more today! A 2022 Jubilee from Atkinsons £397 and a George V best value from Chards for £395 Sov total upto 5 now 😊🫡

Hello! Everyone! Decided that 2024 will be the start of my sovereign collecting! Hoping to add a full sovereign every month although birthdays/holidays/emergencies may put pay to that but fingers crossed! Living in the Cumbria area if anyone wants to throw me some juicy offers on sovereigns! next purchase is likely to be the 2022 Jubilee Full Sovereign & hopefully will be able to pick up a double at some point next year. I have a nice 19 coin walnut box on its way from RM as my 10 piece box will hopefully get filled soon! so far discovered bullion by post, royal mint, chards & Atkinsons for online and welcome other suggestions for online and local shops to Cumbria area. My very modest collection is in the pics consisting of 1 x 1/10 Britannia 1 x Memorial Sovereign 2 x Coronation Sovereign Almost forgot the Tudor Beasts 10oz Silver Bull of Clarence! Think this maybe my first & last bit of silver though
