I think today might be an awakening to many of those that buy from royal mint. I know a lot of collectors were looking forward to todays release and even though we were hit with a substantial mark up compared to the previous GES it honestly felt like there was a consensus of this is the last time! Especially on here (not sure about the other collectors out there) I for one will not be buying another coin off them unless we have an error in pricing like the 1/4 sov Enough is definitely enough and at £284 posted for a 2oz silver coin it’s time they had a changing of the guard and take a serious look at quality and the amount of coins they are releasing! When you are having 3/4 special releases a month they quickly become unspecial!

Can’t see anything selling for more than 2x tbh. The 2oz definitely won’t shift while they are still available to buy! I also think not having postage until April will put people off

NGL £284 for 2oz of Silver is a hefty price tag! Wont even be opening the packaging box to look at it! This stays sealed and I either pick one up on secondary in a few years if price tanks for myself or just pass this one down to one of the kids with a never open clause! Im sure at some point in the bloodline it will be passed on to someone to young and grubb, sticky hands will be all over it and then subsequently sold to a bullion dealer for £50 🤣

2oz silver was all I couldn’t afford so got that one 🤣 Guess the meal out on Saturday is on the wife!!!
