Since I've gone this far, I should get the bullion Sovereign.  But, I really don't collect bullion, and for some reason it doesn't appeal to me that much.  Now, if someone were to sell me one for the price of a postage stamp, I would certainly reconsider!

Piedfort Sovereigns are relatively rare.  There have been few piedfort issues over the years.  Plus the mintage is about 1/3 that of the regular sovereign.  So, for me, the choice is clear: There is no choice, so I just get both!

I have 25 2022 sovs…. I would except £999 EACH and willing to deliver to you personally if purchasing 5 or more. On arrival I will rap/sing for your amusement/pleasure. 😂

We knew that the SOTD Sovereign was special.  Now, I think it’s even more special.  I don’t believe I’ve seen these available at any dealers, so it’s probably a great seller’s market out there.

Yep, I consider myself very fortunate to have the 2022 proof, SOTD and the Piedfort which arrived on Thursday.
