You probably have not kept your Perth Mint products for long enough. The low premium products like the Kangaroos, 2015 Funnel Spider, 2014 Saltwater Crocodile were prone to milk spotting.

Buy the coins you like, study them in hand and get a feel of them. Take high resolution pictures of them if necessary and view them close up. You will soon gain confidence on the look and feel of these genuine bullion coins. Good luck on your journey collecting precious metals.

Of course ! It might be a little foreign in the western culture. But in other cultures like Indian and Chinese, it is common to give gold as gifts especially for weddings and special anniversaries. Not being snobbish but I think 1g of gold may not go down too well ! 😊

While some members here were eagerly waiting their 2022 Proof Sovereigns, I have been waiting patiently for the release of 2022 Chinese Mint Pandas. Picked up two AG and two AU. The design of the 2022 Pandas is both appealing and delightful IMO. Edit: The AU pandas here are from the Shanghai Mint. Goodness knows why they are sealed on 3 sides only !!! When questioned, the dealer showed others and they are that way when released 🤔
