Buying direct for 1 copy it's $58.88 + $31.5 postage and at current exchange rate of $1.3 it's £69.50 + any currency conversion fees. I bought 3 to bring the average cost down so 2 are spare and for sale.

I asked Peter to sign these.

Selling at cost of £50 + postage. 1st class small parcel signed for £6.50 or Special £11. 2nd small parcel signed is £4.50. Books weighs just under 1kg without packaging so breaks 1kg when packaged.
