Hello people
I'm totally new to silver investment and made an impulse buy this morning on www.europesilverbullion.com in Estonia, without carrying out any research beforehand.

I am seeking further information about my order fro the dealer and it seems that the website is down and I'm getting no answer from the supplied UK phone number.

Has anybody on this forum had dealings with this company, and if so, are they reputable?

Also, am I right in thinking that I will pay no VAT, as I've ordered Silver Brittania's?

I cannot seem to get even on their site!

Not looking good, never heard of them before. You should really do a lot of research before you order things. 

on the VAT side of things, regardless of the type of silver, because Estonia are in the EU you pay sales tax in country and therefore you don't have to pay it when it comes to the UK. 

One of the joys of the EU - for now until we leave anyway!

They are reputable I can recommend them having bought silver and platinum from them on a couple of occasions. Nothing to worry about.
