Goldsilver.be tracking items problem

Recommended Posts

I have an order coming from Goldsilver.be, they gave me an a tracking number which worked from the 14-6-17 to 15-6-17 until the Royal mail took over the order, now i cannot track my order.  What is the average delivery time for from Goldsilver.be and how long should I leave it before i contact Goldsilver.be.

I was thinking of giving it until Tuesday?

My regular deliveries used to take about 5 days. If your order was shipped on Weds 14/06 you should receive Tues/Weds next week due to weekend. If not received at latest Thursday, then I would begin to enquire.

Goldsilver.be use Yodel, hence the reason I don't use them any more.

Before you ring them on Thursday, might be worth checking your roof...

Or all your neighbours gardens, as another buyer from this forum found out here:

once royal mail take over the order u can check from royal mail websites

it will show something like arrive in heathrow dc

then to delivery office

then on the way to local delivery office at around 11.00pm and  around 5-7 am next day will get to your local depot and you should receive on that day

MY TOTAL FORUM TRADE FEEDBACK IS 100 AND IT IS 100%

Are you sure it's Royal Mail.
Normally it tracks under Belgium post and then Yodel. For detailed info, you need to enter the Yodel assigned tracking (taken from Belgium post tracking) into Yodel's system.

In my experience the tracking fails halfway and you are in the dark for a couple of days.
Bit like astronauts re-entering the atmosphere there is a comms blackout.
As soon as you get anxious the doorbell rings and there is your package.

I have the same issue with other suppliers using DHL who hand over to ParcelForce.
Never had a problem but the tracking needs improving as you can be left wondering where your package is and when to expect.

As morezone said.  Basically use the Belgian post tracking site first.  Once it says it is being processed abroad you will see that there is a second number listed among the details which wasn't there originally. You can then go to Yodels tracking page and type in that second number and its all there including a delivery date estimate.

New profile pic to support the current thing, because it's current year.
