Dealers with lowest premiums you can find in Europe?

I'm looking for some dealers that are selling Silver (I'd prefer silver rounds - as far as I know, they've got the lowest premium), and I'm interested only if they're from Europe. The cheapest site I found is AUTrading, but I don't trust it because of the many users feeling or maybe even getting scammed in the end, and then after looking up some tweets.. I prefer a dealer that got enough positive reviews to win my trust.
 
Another website I found is goldsilver.be, and that's where I found the lowest premium Silver coin (the Owl) from all the websites I looked at in the past months, including the post from this forum about the international dealers.
 
Do you know any other coin dealer in Europe that got low prices? I don't care much about numismatic ones, I want to just get as much silver as I can with the money I have, and in my case every penny matters. Maybe I will find a cheaper one than the Owl from GoldSilver.be.

GS.be is your best bet for a combination of a well used and reliable trader.

I am currently organising a group order for silver forum members so if you want in the cost of shipping will be very very low. At the moment the share of postage is sitting at about 10p per 1oz coin and then onwards shipping to you in the UK.

Great way to get a couple of cheap coins if that is what you were after!

Thanks, but I already have this website and unfortunately I found many other ones from which I ordered waaay cheaper coins a similar website but from all the EU countries is what I might be looking for.
