Having a shop where you can buy a 2003 10 oz Kook just isn't fair on the rest of us! ?

Perhaps so :P I think for the past 2-3 years I've known the shop keeper, this is the second kook I've seen him having. So they are few and far between for any modern silver really, but I'm fortunate to be in the position to get offered these before he puts them on sale.

Looks in good condition. Don't see any obvious wear on the stars.

Always hopeful but sometimes disappointed. It's from Germany where it's often a good source

If you got it for a good price you should still be winning on this one imo.

Melt today is $313 and I paid $347 so melt plus 9% less Amex points and 1.1% cashback

Just ordered some silver bullion from Celticgold, consisting of:

- 2016 ASEs, 20.8% above spot (I have never seen them this cheap - normally they go for 25-27% above spot)
- 2016 Somalian Elephants, 24% above spot
- 2016 Kooks, 27% above spot

Absolute bargains imo.

In common with all my purchases from them, I'm using their vault facility and will take delivery of several purchases rolled up into one, which should be a massive saving on top of the (imo) market leading cheap prices. Expecting to take delivery of about 400oz in a couple of weeks!

Blew the rest of the PM fund today on a tube of the beasts from STG. Most of the fund had already been spent on the same as everyone else it seems - now empty because of HT's epic Britannia find. Was saving up for another ounce of gold for the Britannia tube, almost had enough, but looks like that will have to wait a bit longer! Just waiting for either the Britannia delivery from Nordfrim or some nice pictures of HT in Barbados in the pictures only thread :D

Well here is what I bought with the cash I raised selling a few bits and bobs on eBay.

It was not cheap but I wanted the 2015 to add to my 2016 Monkeys.

It is the antique silver 2oz Panda Lunar with a mintage of 99.

Just won a local  online auction for the 2013 silver proof 5 pound Georgey Porgey birth St George and the Dragon  (boxed coa etc) for 179 quid (28,254 yen in my money). Secondary market 260 quid plus. OK with that and will add it to the one I already have.
