Property partner 'gearing,?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys ????

I was hoping some1 could explain the benifits of property partners new theme gearing to me in plain English.

I don't see the benefits of securing debt on a property they could probably sell out right on their platform.

thanks

By the time I'd opened the email, read all about gearing and clicked look at property it was already sold out.  Must b record sell out time.

I mite chuck in a fifty quid on the next gearing 1 just to see how it goes.  If I can get there in time. I don't gamble on anything else so bugger it lol.

Any1 manage to get any shares?

I sold some shares today from a property that I bought in June.

£101.90 worth of shares sold for £110.00.

Realised capital gains: £8.10 in 4 months!

From little acorns, giant oaks...... :)

Yup. Flat 2.

I put a bit into each property (flat), and I've turned a shilling on all of them :)

You too HT?

Got £50 each in all three of those flats. Think they've got a way to go before the price tops out.

I'm in 13 properties at the moment. all either £50 or £100. Dabbling at the moment, but could end up putting a decent whack of money into PP.

Nice to see the secondary market is working. How long did it take to sell those shares?

I agree. I only sold some of my shares...as you say, still dabbling.

I put them up on Friday and they sold Sunday. I found out today.

I'm into 26 properties but I probably started earlier than you. I've a positive feeling about PP, but still cautious. £50 a throw seems safe.

I was looking at the mill to invest in came back here to do due diligence on the gearing to get my head round it and then realized its fully funded,That is a big investment for PP and to fund it in such s short space of time shows they have the power now to grow big time.

There is people taking this investment module very serious.

There is a new gearing property going up 2day.  It's from the tower bridge block of flats.  Ive got my cash ready and I'm gonna b there at 1230 on the dot.  I just hope the divided is as high as the mill property.

and we have a new record,.......................... :)

by my calculations, £1,150,000 raised in around 150 seconds

I got my little slice......did anyone else?

I'm a bit wary about the "gearing" model, but as i had bits of the other flats in the block, I thought I'd might as well get the rest ;)

I missed out.  Checking the forum on my phone and saw today's posts.  Just hit 12.31 so logged in on PC and the property was already 34% funded.  Loaded account and was able to click the invest button but on the final confirmation it was already fully funded. Never mind.

I did.....and then I took a risk.

I bought cheap shares in the other properties in the block, and the share price increased immediately.

As is often said here, a good day! :)
