What is HGM?

I have seen a lot of folks speak about something called HGM, I can't find out who that is.

The mind boggles as to what you may have thought HGM stood for.

A painful medical procedure perhaps, made compulsory by a pervasive culture of misogynism.

HGM are currently selling a 5g bar for 8% over spot and yet they will sell a 3.1g 1/10oz coin for 3% over. A pricing error or is there another explanation?
