Who manufactures it into a cast? What are the fees like for this, + added premiums for buying 1g at a time?

We do.

Fee's are minimal.

Its more just to clean up all the small bits hanging around, consolidate it into a 1oz cast.

SBA actually does the casting for us, we will have our own stamp made when I get around to it. SBA will still cast and stamp them for us.

The SBA mint mark is recognized as a legitimate mark with the Australian Tax office.

Is it possible to post up a cost for this service, say 20x1/20 into a 1oz round?

Do you do it with silver too? (Larger scale obviously)

Yes can do it with silver also and if you have a stack of .925 you can get that refined into 1kg bars, need a fair bit tho to make it worth while.

Need to find my rates which a buried in a ton of emails, but yes will post the price.

They are nice bars/buttons- at a good price point,we sell quite a few of them and always have them in stock.

Yep looking into fractional atm. We are looking at making very crude old style pirate booty, more like real treasure!!! And yes basically cast and smacked with a stamp and mash hammer!

Dont underestimate gold, especially there (in UK) where it is tax free compared to silver.

Fractional gold is one of our biggest sellers 1/10 Lunars will go like hot cakes.

Oh I'm not underestimating it at all. I'm thinking profit for quick turn around. Silver is good for that, but because of no VAT on gold, selling might not be so profitable.

 

I have started with some small gold coins for myself. A lunar horse funny enough. lol
