What is the population on pcgs for the Rwandan rooster. Ngc has graded two . My 70 and someone else's 69. Also I sent in 8 silver proofs got 2 PF70 and the rest 69

You mean the Turkish coin? Most of these were made to be put into jewelly/used as wedding gifts I believe. It looks nicer in the flesh rather than the dodgy pcgs pic!

Yes,  the pic is meh!  But I looked into the coin, very ornate.

So a more religious/cultural significance rather than monetary? There's always a story!

Bit of Spring cleaning and "upgrading" of my silver Morgan Dollars; the poorest of my set was a 1901 O, so I have traded up to a nicer exemplar, same O Mint.  The poorer quality one will find a new home, but not mine! I guess it's probably worth systematically upgrading the quality when better coins appear on the market for a reasonable price (£40 in this case).
