2015 Britannias

Having just received my 2015 britannias, finally from aurinum i thought i would ask what everyone else thinks of the new rough effect fields?

Anyone else ever had any correspondence with aurinum in English? I have sent emails but have never had a reply when I have used English. This is a bit of a pain as they sent me an incorrect PCGS encapsulated coin in my last order; lower grade than ordered which I would obviously like replaced or a partial refund but my German isn't good enough to email them in.

The backgrounds have a rough sort of finish instead of a normal smooth almost mirror effect finish. Unless last years had them as well but i don't remember them having a rough effect finish.

Mine have already gone to storage, but they are nice - probably just a nice change.

Also FYI, the email address from which they send out confirmation of orders ( bestellung@aurinum.de) is only active for one way correspondence; they can send but you cannot reply. You need to ensure that you use the Info@ address for any correspondence and which nine times out of ten is replied to by the owner  Andre Buchloh

You should address your correspondence to the founder & owner ( so I believe ) named Andre Buchloh who understands English.
