Badly toned Britannias from a dealer

I thought I'd found a good deal this week, MP-edelmetalle had 2009 Britannias for €19.50.

There were 20 available (1 tube), so I bought them all for €400 with delivery.  They arrived yesterday and every single one of them is very badly toned on the Heads side. It isn't a nice toning either, they are just kind of dark grey and not at all shiney. Strangely the Tails side is fine on all of them.

Do you think I should send them back (if possible)? It wasn't mentioned in the article description.

As they state 'BU' the coins should be OK, I think. Ask them directly maybe they make you an offer...
