I was in there last Friday, my second visit. Friendly staff who are very helpful. I will be using them again as it's just a short train journey for me on the tube from work.

Coins and bars are put into a cloth bag with their logo on, a nice professional touch.

I have used them a number of times, including my first PM purchase. Very friendly and helpful whatever amount you are purchasing. They have been quite happy on each occasion to look through their sovereigns for me for a particular date or nicer grade.

For a first time buyer, going to an established shop where you could see the coins before buying made me a lot more confident about my first bullion purchase. I felt like a king walking out of the shop with my first ever sovereign in my pocket.

They usually have chocolate coins that you can help yourself to which makes your purchase and visit even better.

Thanks for posting - never heard this name and judging by their pedigree worth keeping on a list of potential future sources for gold and silver.

One point that gains them brownie points is that they price their silver coins inclusive of VAT unlike other well known dealers tempting you into what at first glance looks like a bargain only to find you have to add 20%. If you can walk into their shop and pick up a few coins then you can save a bit compared to others building in a shipping charge that you cannot avoid.
