Phoenix Rounds from Abbot Coins

Hi all - a few months ago there was a thread from @Abbotssilvercoins about the new 1oz Phoenix rounds. I went and ordered a few.

Has anyone heard anything from them? I had an update in mid October saying they would arrive in the UK 26th October. 

I havent been able to get a reply from Aboots so just wondering if anyone else had an update.

There have been a few updates on the Facebook page.  The rounds are with Steve, who has  been busy all week prepping all the COA's and getting them ready to post.  Should be on their way very soon by the looks of it.

Good stuff, thanks for the update - I dont use facebook anymore so not in the loop there :-(

You might want to consider getting a 'silver-only' profile... there's a pretty big market for poured bullion on a couple of the FB groups, you might do pretty well for orders out of it.

They're on sale on ebay by an American seller at the moment. I'm still waiting for my two that I've ordered.

I know abbotsilvercoins has changed job recently so i'm expecting them to be ready within a week or so for picking up.

They have been getting them out to people for the last 2 - 3 weeks, theres still people waiting for them on the Facebook group hopefully your not waiting to much longer. received 1 of my 2 on tuesday

This, as well as ZERO communication from them is not making me feel confident I will ever get these coins...

I text abbotsilvercoins the other week and he told me the batch of coins got sent to a dealer up north and the batch for him should have been sent by them to him within a week.

I know he's changed jobs recently and maybe he's still out of the country on business. He's had to close down his website as he can't commit the time to running it anymore.

The coins should still arrive eventually so I'm staying patient as he's a genuine bloke.

Steve messaged me a photo of mine packaged and stamped today so I suspect it will land by the weekend. If you are not on the UK Silver Stackers FB page I'd suggest getting on there, or pm me your payment receipt and I'll happily send it on to steve. To be fair he has had literally hundreds of packages to send out. He did put a FB post up the other day asking for anyone who hasn't had their rounds to let him know. Don't think he's on here though?
